Directions
for Preparation and Use
-
Intake to be determined by a medical professional and
is dependent on age, body weight and medical condition
of the patient.
Use under medical supervision. Not suitable as the
sole source of nutrition. Not for parenteral use.
Protifar has a neutral taste and can therefore be added
to both sweet and savory foods or drinks without significantly
altering flavor or texture. It is also suitable for
use in cooking.
For best results, Protifar should be mixed with sufficient
cold liquid to form a smooth paste before stirring into food
or drink. A level scoop holds approximately 2.5 g of
powder (2.2 g protein)
